(I think that this is my best work so far, different from the original movie they are more a least six aggregates and one of the turns into the flying Form, that way in makes more sense the final form was so big. There wasn’t that much I was able to do for the simpler forms but the final form looks better then the original and different from the G Neo-Destoroyah. By the a called mine Destroyah which makes it better due its hunger for pure destruction and death)

Personalty: One of the most powerful and sadistic kaiju ever seen, Destroyah lives up to its name. In many ways, Destoroyah was the perfect candidate for killing Godzilla and the rest of his legacy. He is nothing but a mindless death-eater with nothing else to do but to end all life on Earth. Godzilla’s rogue gallery is filled with many horrible monstrosities. Among them, Destoroyah stands out. Not many can rival Destoroyah’s savage outlook on life.

Story:
In 1954 Godzilla appeared conventional weapons were rendered useless. Soldiers were incinerated and buildings crumbled at its feet. Like the weapon that spawned it, Godzilla killed thousands. When all seemed lost, brilliant Dr. Serizawa agreed to use the Oxygen Destroyer device against the creature. In the wake of its activation, the murky depths of Tokyo Bay became a cemetery. Both Man and Beast perished together. Serizawa died believing the world was a safer place.

Sleeping in the waters of Tokyo bay, ancient micro organisms dwelled. Living since the dawn of time, the Precambrian crustaceans lied dormant. However, because of mankind's ignorance, they were awoken by Dr. Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer. The creatures moved into the mainland, traveling though the pipes. As they began to congest, they grow in strength, destroying every molecule of oxygen in living tissue, and absorbing it into their growing mass.

Collecting their strength, the creatures combined to create larger forms. This new shape allowed the race to travel further inland. Surrounding the infested building, the Japanese military thought they could eliminate the creatures. The creatures lashed out and torn the men apart, shredding them like paper. Those who did not die in their talons, died from their micro-oxygen spray, as the beam was like acid when it touched flesh.

The Japanese military was almost out of options before they finally deployed their flamethrowers, thought the creature's actual weakness was extreme cold. With this knowledge at hand, the JSDF quickly mobilized an attack equipped with cold based weaponry, as a final.

Losing their battle against JSDForce, the colony needs a new form. Slamming their masses together, a monster arose, closely resembling the previous form, with the exception of pair of crab claws and spiked arms. However, the increased size also brought with it immunity to the JSDF forces. Instead of facing hundreds of the creatures, the nation of Japan bared witness to but at least half dozen or less of giants.

Smashing through the defense line, sending clouds of death and flame. Anything that was not in reach of its grasping claws, was forced to die an even more horrible death at the ends of its spiraling oxygen-destroying beam. Buildings were reduced to rubble, and men were left into dust.

Realizing that its Aggregated Form was too slow for its taste in destruction, one beast evolved once again. Signaled by sheets of blinding light, the new Flying Form took to the skies. The monster almost seemed to enjoy the sight of all the helpless humans that ran below it. Raining its death-ridden breath down from the heavens, the creature feed.

Nothing dared stand in its way, until Godzilla Jr and Rodan had arrived. Body checking the devil from the skies, the colony was forced to regroup. Chocking on the very air, feeling its flesh being dissolved little by little, Godzilla Jr summoned up the last bit of nuclear power it could muster and blasted the creature away, sending it crashing into an electric power plant. With his enemy bathed in a torrent of flames, Junior roared triumphantly, thinking that death had finally befallen the abomination.

With the thoughts of revenge lingering in their collected consciousness, the Precambrian life forms created one last form, an ultimate incarnation of the embodiment of wickedness. Astonished eyes watched with awe as a towering god stood. The flames licked its blood-hued wings.

The final form of… DESTROYAH lifted into the skies.

Ramming and knocking over Godzilla and taking Junior with it into the darkness. Godzilla watched as his only son was dropped, fallen from the sky, and crashed. He waded over to the bloodied child, trying to breathe some life into it, but the labored task was unfruitful. Death stole from the Monster King the last shred of sympathy that dwelled within its nuclear heart. Lava coursed through his veins.

Godzilla attacked the giant Destroyah without remorse. Turning his inferno beam on the creature, he leveled the land around. Nothing would keep him from his revenge. Calculating his imminent defeat, the battered foe took to the skies in full retreat, but the Super-X3, along with Freezing Maser tanks, halted its retreat. Blasting the creature with a volley of glacier like shots, the monster was knocked down, crashing to the Earth below as Destroyah evaporated into an arctic like mist.
