The devil awakens as Zuko, who emerges from the rubble in the Avatar State and easily shrugs off Azula's counter attack, blasting her away.

Arakiel’s design is mainly a tribute to Legion, one of my favorite monsters, as well as its attack and movements. He is called the angel of Earth for he came form beneath the Earth instead of the ocean like other previous angels.

Height: 150 metters
Mass: 1000 tons
Speed: 30 Km/h

Powers:
Charged Particle Beam that can be sustain the blast for a very long period of time, perhaps indefinitely form his core located in its head
Can cause Energy Cross explosions that erupt high into the air
A.T. Field assisted jump
Can produce a multilayer A.T. Field that blocks most attacks from getting near and repel opponents
Grappling Hook Arms
Spike back legs that can stab on the floor and able to lift Arakiel high up
Incredibly agile for its size and shape

Weaknesses:If the S2 Engine on Arakiel's head is penetrated, it will die.

It doesn't feel like an angel from neon genesis evengelion, but then again i can't see inside your head to see it in action so slack has to be cut there.

Despite his design basis, his resemblance to Gamera'a foe, Legion, is uncanny. Definitally a good one here.
